This is an 8 week program consisting of strength building and HIIT movements.

B.A.B.E. can be run multiple times. It is programmed to your current fitness level so you can continue to progress through every 8 week session.

Workouts will be tailored to your current level of fitness. No age requirement, but be ready to work!

Program administered online so anyone can participate, no matter where you are located in the world. You need access to basic equipment for squat, deadlift and bench press if using your home gym.

You should have general knowledge or experience in weight training before registering. If you are a beginner or have never trained with weights, contact us and we can help get you ready.

Must complete the Online Training Waiver to participate.
