High Intensity Interval Training
HIIT is designed to work in intervals of high intensity exercises followed by timed rest periods for several rotations. This type of training is a great way to burn calories and build endurance in a short period of time. No more spending hours on the treadmill trying to losing weight or tone your body.
This class is will have a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 20 people rotating between 5 stations. The work and rest intervals will be determined by your coach along with exercise selection.
HIIT uses body weight movements and does not incorporate weight lifting equipment.
Each class is 30 minutes in duriation and is designed to compliment the HIRT class that is just after this class.

Suspesnion trainers

Class Times
HIIT Runs 3 Days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and last for 30 minutes.
