High Intensity Resistance Training

HIRT is designed to work in intervals of high intensity exercises followed by timed rest periods for several rotations. This type of training is a great way to burn calories and build strength in a short period of time.

This class is will have a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 20 people rotating between 5 stations. The work and rest intervals will be determined by your coach along with exercise selection.

Each class is 30 minutes in duriation and is designed to compliment the HIIT class that is just before this class.

HIRT uses weighted lifting equipment.

Suspension Trainers
Bands
Barbells

HIRT Runs 3 Days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and last for 30 minutes.
