Forever Strong offers a variety of programs designed to help younger athletes. Our coaches work with them to teach correct form and technique when lifting and performing dynamic movements. Proper execution of movements is critical for increasing performance and injury prevention.
Exercise and fitness is something that many kids do not get enough of today due to issues like use of technology and lack of opportunities in schools. It is important for your young athletes to begin exercising before entering adulthood not only for their health and wellness, but to develop habits and routines that involve physical exercise.
This program is designed to help your kids build strength, speed, agility, and body awareness. Sessions will run every Tuesday and Thursday at 10am all summer long.
